Watercolor by the Krefeld artist Kurt Michael Voutta, Voutta lived and worked in Neumünster for several years. V. studied at the academy in Königsberg ( Cauer / Manzau ) later in Halle, in 1932, together with Gerhard Morgensten, the German State Prize, Reichsehrenmal in Berka, numerous public commissions, purchases by museums, his works are represented in museums, public institutions and private collections around the world
